We had purchased a safe from this company approximately six years ago. We have had issues and difficulties with it since purchased. A couple weeks ago we had just had enough of trying to get into the safe and not being able to, so we called expert locksmiths to come have a look at it. When the technician came he did take the door off and discovered that they had given us the wrong combination six years ago.

To our surprise, we received a large invoice. The problem I have is that we would not have had to even call them in had they given us the correct combination six years ago. I did agree that we should pay the service call fee because, yes, we did call them. But never did we ask for a cleaning or did he need parts etc. But we did get charged for expensive labour.

Now the problem I have is do they do this to others so that they can come out to "fix" the problem and realize that it was their mistake in the first place but still charge the customer. I will be paying this invoice but I am not satisfied with their customer service. I also will not being calling them for any new products or services in the future. I have given one star only because I had to, to post this review.
