When other local roofers did shoddy and incomplete work on my damaged roof, the folks at Pickard were responsive, straightforward, and honest. Over the years Shawn Murphy and now Jonathan Heredos have been informative in showing me and explaining the damage and practical solutions to my roofing problems. When they could've sold me on complete roof installation, they did not. Their crews are on time, fast, and clean. Keep it up and I'll remain a loyal client.

Contacted this company on Dec. 6th and spoke with Frank. Frank came out to my home on Dec. 9th and sent me an estimate via email. I contacted Frank via his cellphone Frank on Dec. 10th and left him a voicemail. Frank never returned my call. I contacted him several times in the office and he never returned my call. Finally got in contact with him on Dec. 20th in reference to my gutters.

He said he never received my called, but noticed the voicemail and did not return the call. He gave excuse after excuse about the work that was being done in his office, so he could not access his computer, he was at the shop with a broken down vehicle, he could not access his paperwork for the estimate on my home. Miraculously, he was able to see my estimate and I had to let him know the gutters on the back of my house were new so they did not need to be replaced.

He took off $173 and said that was all he could do. I gave him my budget which was off only about a $100 and he said there was nothing he could do. I explained to him, the poor customer service he had given me, from coming out to provide a estimate, without follow-up was poor customer service. He began to tell me he gets up at 6am to go to work and he has long days. Umm. Sir.we all go to work and have long days and some have long nights.

That was no excuse for the poor service you have given. DO NOT AND I REPEAT. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. The sad part of the moral of this story is. he did even try. Never use a company that does not value YOU as the customer.

Pickard Roofing recently installed a new roof for me. The sales rep, Jonathan was professional and did estimate for me with quick turnaround. He kept me informed on my shingle order and schedule. Installers arrived on time and immediately got to work. I have never seen such an organized, efficient crew! My new roof is beautiful and I am very pleased with the quality of installation.

After installation was complete the crew did cleanup. When they were done you wouldn't have know they had been here if not for new roof. I definitely recommend Pickard Roofing.

I am glad I received the recommendation, Pickard was incredibly helpful, not too expensive, and gave prompt excellent service. I received excellent service from Pickard Roofing Company. I had a leak around the flashing of a chimney and needed a quote for different options to either repair the leak or to replace the roof. I worked with Jonathan Heredos, who was very thorough in his assessment of my roof, he took his time to really assess the problem and its origins. Jonathan provided a couple of different options, did not push me in any direction and truly provided educational information to help me make the decision to replace my roof, ultimately.

The total price was incredibly reasonable and they did not have any surprising fees when I received my invoice. The group of roof installers were incredibly careful and respectful of my garden as they tore off old shingles, they avoided hitting my plants and causing any damage. They arrived on-time and finished in one day! My roof looks beautiful with the Energy Star Rated Silver Birch shingles and I no longer have any leaks. Replacing all of the chimney flashing for both of my chimneys was included in the total price.

We used Pickard Roofing in 2009 to re-shingle our roof and upgrade our gutters and downspouts. For the last several years we have used them to clean the gutters several times a year. Our roof is high and steep and we have many trees on the property They have always come promptly, and done a thorough job. They are a professional group and take their work seriously. Would highly recommend them for both replacing shingles, installing gutters and downspouts, and providing ongoing maintenance.

I was concerned about my copper roof over a portico. Frank, from Pickard Roofing came out to inspect and quickly assessed that there were multiple joint leaks that needed repair. Our roof was damaged in a hailstorm late last year, I reached out my network of colleagues for a reference for a roofing company and one of my trusted referred Pickard Roofing Company. I reached out them and they have replaced both my singles and metal roof. They have done an excellent job, they cleaned up around the home after their work very well left no trace of any dirt. We had some strange openings between the roof and gutter in the house we bought after the existing gutter guards were removed. Pickard added flashing to stop water leaks in the soffits. We had a barrel copper roof dormer leaking into the house. They found the problem and fixed it. Jonathan was great to work with. I recommend Pickard and will use them again for any roof related work in the future.
