We had a wonderful experience with this company yesterday and their team. They handled my father-in-laws belongings with care. We had a biohazard cleanup due to death and they did a great job. The three men were polite and helpful. We appreciate you guys and thank you for coming in such short notice to complete the job. New home construction, with mold in a few areas of the basement on the bottom side of the subfloor. Team was quick to respond to my call, quick to provide the assessment and estimate, and quick to perform the remediation. Spoke to them a few times to understand the issue and get comfortable on the remediation. All was done at a significantly lower price than the other estimate I was given.

Big appreciation to Gino as well. Was very helpful, very responsive to questions and helped to ensure the problem was limited to the areas in the basement and not elsewhere in the house. Mold in any quantity in a new house is a huge disappointment and significant concern, but he went above and beyond to address the issue and put our concerns to rest. Great guy, great company.

Our basement flooded on Thursday night during the storms. Friday morning we discovered it and had no idea where to turn. We were referred to this company by a few friends. I am blown away by the professionalism and respectful service. Nothing really prepares you for your home to have something like this happen. The men working on our crew were nothing short of amazing.

I had to address a potential mold issue in my attic and little time to do it due to the home sale. I was referred to Marathon. The day after I contacted them, Craig came out, inspected the issue, clearly discussed it with me and eased my concerns by detailing the solution. Every team member at Marathon we communicated with was professional and intelligent. They went above and beyond to ensure that the water damage in our basement was restored to its original state in a clean and timely manner. I only have one negative component to my experience- They removed loose lay flooring in one section of our basement. The pieces were stacked on top of each other and some of them were placed vertically against the wall. Unfortunately, we are now unable to use them as the glue stained them and they have a permanent bend in them. Could have saved them if they were handled properly.

Very pleased with Marathon Restoration. We called all over for hours trying to find someone to clean up a sewage back up and we were told their machines couldn't handle sewage. We got a call from Marathon and about an hour later Brandon came out with a pump and dehumidifier. Dakota and another staff member came out the next morning and cleaned up the basement entirely.

All the staff members were very kind and professional. They did a great job and offered some very helpful advice (as this is our first house). We will be sure to recommend Marathon!
