Had a great experience working with David Condon and his team. Initially I contacted David while purchasing a house that had potential stucco issues to get advice. He patiently talked through the options and gave explanations of the whole process. His quote was fair, not the cheapest but not nearly as expensive as others. And after driving by other houses he's repaired we were really convinced and chose to move forward with the vinyl residing.

The work crews were exceptional. The work was done quickly and most importantly properly. The attention to detail was great and everything turned out better than we could have hoped for. David was super responsive to any and all questions I had throughout the job and his team went the extra mile when some hidden issues were discovered. I can't recommend C&C Plastering enough if your looking for some siding work.

Dave Condon of C&C Plastering and his crews did an excellent job on our exterior home renovation in the summer of 2021. His crews removed all stucco, found no damage thank goodness. Installed new stucco to the new codes, the best texture I've ever seen, on the Front of our home. Installed a Stone wainscoting around the perimeter, the entire chimney and the front middle. Installed insulated siding on the other three sides of our home. Installed all new gutters, down spouts, soffit and facer. Replaced all windows and doors. Dave was there daily with his crews and managed the job very well from start to finish.

He was easy to work with as I was hands on and involved with the project on a daily basis as an active do it yourself homeowner. C&C Plastering was truly exceptional on all aspects of this major project from providing ideas, an accurate detailed estimate, status updates to quality installation craftmanship and delivering as promised at a reasonable price. Their in-house install team were truly wizards of Hardee siding and Quarry Cut stone installation. David Condon is professional, knowledgeable, conscientious, and trustworthy.

He did regular inspections of his crew to ensure timeliness and updated us with calls, texts and photos every step of the way. They did a thorough clean-up daily and when the job was completed. C&C Plastering were a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend them.

They completed front exterior stucco remediation/paint and replacing stucco on back and side with Cedar Board siding. Had David come out and give me a quote for replacing my siding and stucco with James Hardie fiber cement board. His estimate was very competitive. He documents with pictures and video for details to ensure he doesn't miss anything. He was honest and gave me advice on basic maintenance I could do on my own to prolong the stucco. Due to my homes exterior still being in good shape he didn't think it was wise to do the job at this time due to uncertainty at times of supplies and cost being slightly higher then normal right now.

He instructed me to contact him next spring/summer when prices come down. I will be contacting him again. I've driven by homes he completed in my area and the work is high quality. The James Hardie siding amazing.

Very happy with choosing C&C for our stucco remediation project. Team was amazingly dedicated and work was very high quality. David was always available and communicated updates frequently. Once I saw the damage to the wood, certainly a good decision to protect the home. Finished product is just stunning!

They wore masks and cleaned up each time it was necessary to work from the interior around the windows. When the project was completed, the crew removed all signs of the project and David made sure the heavy equipment was removed from our property the next day after completion. David and his team did a fantastic job on our stucco remediation and replacement. His quote was very competitive. We were also familiar with his work due unfortunately to the number of homes in our neighborhood which had to have similar work done. He walked us through each step of the process. He was very hands on. Crews arrived when he said they would.

They took care of protecting our landscaping as best as anyone could and cleaned up each night. We opted to have the stucco removed from all four main walls and had proper moisture barrier installed then siding put up on three and the stone replaced on the fourth which is the front of the house. They remediated where plywood had become damaged due to moisture also replaced all of our gutter downspouts and will put up new shutters once they arrive.

Everything went exactly as he said it would. Started the project on June 20th and was finished except for the shutters on July 9th. I would recommend David and his team to anyone needing work like this done.

We live in an area where a number of homes with stucco exteriors have experienced water damage. After having our home tested we got a number of bids for the repairs. David and his C&C plastering team gave us the best estimate. We decided to go with them. They did a great job. Replace builder defective stucco with vinyl siding We had several plastering/siding companies and contractors estimated the project, but got frustrated by either price or long lead time or uncertainty, till we met David, C&C plastering. He is extremely responsive, direct, candid about the project. The price was also unbeatable. The project was completed in a highly timely manner. Most importantly, the project was completed with impressive quality!

Dave is a great guy and easy to work with. He is very communicative and let's you know exactly what is going to happen and when. He will also go above and beyond to make you happy and do what is right. An all around positive experience!

David of C&C and I made an appointment for him to look over the work that needed to be done on the stucco at my home and to provide an estimate. I made him aware that in order to be available during the time that he proposed that I would have to adjust my travel plans and cut a business trip in New York short. Despite this, he chose to cancel on me the morning of our appointment through a text message. Did not even have the courtesy to call and attempt to reschedule.

All attempts to reach him on his cell phone since have gone unanswered. Clearly professionalism and reliability are not of high priority to this business. I would not recommend working with C&C Plastering.

The stucco on our home had several cracks and was in need of repair. After calling numerous contractors and getting sky high quotes we were lucky enough to find David with C&C Plastering. He is a great guy, who generally cares about his customers as well as his work.

I am a real estate agent and I had a house that needed stucco repair so I called C&C Plastering and spoke with David the owner. Even though he is an irish man he is very easy to understand and very knowledgeable of what he does.

We are extremely pleased with David's stucco work. He is thorough, conscientious and a very talented craftsman. We will be hiring him again.
