I was referred by a friend for their services to perform cleaning on a rental. I am pleased with the efficient and quality service performed. Booking the service was very easy on their website. And I was able to modify the time as schedules change. I would recommend their service for others.

I booked NW maids for a move-out clean and was very happy with the results. The cleaner arrived during the scheduled window and was very communicative. He did a really thorough job with the cleaning, the place was pretty near spotless. Booking with NW Maids was also pretty easy, and it was one of the more affordable services we looked into.

Sunshine did an impeccable job cleaning my place! This was my first time using a cleaning service for my home and I definitely am glad that I did. This was our first experience with a cleaning service and it was great. The team showed up on time and provided us a time estimate (which was crucial drive t we were leaving during the service and we have two young children). When we got home, they were finished and the quality of work and attention to detail was great. Looking forward to our next service!

I booked NW Maids for a move-out clean of my apartment. Getting a quote and booking was super easy, so I decided to book a move-in cleaning for our new place as well. The move-in cleaning had to be rescheduled but that was straightforward. The cleaner was running about 45 minutes late due to some unforeseen circumstances, but she requested that NW Maids inform me, which they did via text.

The house was already pretty clean, but the cleaner did a very thorough job anyway. For the move-out cleaning, the cleaners arrived on time and did got to work. The apartment needed a deep clean, and they did a great job cleaning it to like-new condition.

My experience with NW Maids was overall pretty good. Their cleaners were fantastic, very thorough and on time. The only issue I had was that I scheduled a move out cleaning on the very last day of my lease, and unfortunately their cleaner had a family emergency. They let me know, and did get me into the schedule again but it was 3 days after my lease ended. Part of this is on me for doing it last minute. To their credit, they did offer a discount for their delay, which was much appreciated.

One of the best features of NW Maids is that they are consistent with their calendar. They won't cancel or postpone on you. We've had several different folks from their company come to our home and help make it beautiful. The two-hour arrival window is the only reason they're not getting 5 stars. Like most services they only schedule cleanings before 5pm, so if you work from home, you have to juggle rooms.

Dena did a wonderful job. I was grateful for her work and the tips she provided to help keep my space clean. She came prepared with special tools and cleaning agents to make my bathroom sparkle! Five stars! Service: Standard clean

My place needed a good cleaning and I thought Danielle did an amazing job. The place is spotless, it felt so much lighter in there, and all the small jobs and crevices had been thoroughly cleaned. She was on time, asked questions, and checked in to let me know when she was done. Highly recommended!

Great service, follow through, and the cleaning was very thorough. Will use again. She came within the prescribed time frame and was there from 1 pm to 6:15. I was extremely happy how easy it was to schedule and pay on line as I live in another state and arranged this as a gift for my sister. No need to come out and give an estimate, it was all done on line.

We have been using NW Maids for quite a while now for hourly cleaning as-needed for our house. We've had a few different people come to our house but yesterday we had an amazing experience with Quincy Sidney. He showed up on time, worked quickly, wore his mask the whole time and our bathrooms looked amazing when he was done. Very good experience and very polite guy!

We used NW Maids for a move out clean. We had a bunch of stuff happen with our move which boiled down to our stuff wasn't out of the house like I thought it'd be (DON'T USE MOVING BROKERS!). I couldn't reschedule due to the last minute nature of the moving fiasco and needing to be out of the apartment by the next day, and NW Maids worked with me to clean what they could and I could not be more thankful to them! They did such great work and if we were staying in the area, we'd continue to use them. Such lovely people and totally saved me with this move!

The communication with NW Maids waS outstanding. They followed up via email and text to confirm my services. I had them do a move-out clean for a rental house and the cleaners arrived on time, worked hard and fast, and got it all done. I prefer to use a service that provides a list of tasks and they did that. Will definitely use them again!

As busy professionals of a certain age, we sometimes have trouble keeping up on the cleaning. We were having guests come to stay in a few days, and despite our best intentions, we realized we were not going to be able to get our apartment into anything like presentable shape by ourselves. Enter NW maids! We went online and quickly had a quote and a plan.

On the day of cleaning there was a near-miss as our originally scheduled crew was going to be unable to reach us. Thankfully NW Maids came through with a substitute crew. The crew arrived on-time (actually a little early - but called ahead. They respected our time requirements.). They were kind, helpful, thorough, and efficient. Our apartment is cleaner than it has been in months, and we will not be ashamed when our guests arrive. Well done and kudos to NW maids! We are very pleased with the service provided.

This was my first time using a cleaning service. It was for a move out clean to make the landlords happy and to receive my deposit back. I came across this company through Yelp and at first impressions of their website and services were very promising. Everything was very easy to navigate. After booking an appointment, they have called to confirm our appointment and assured us a good clean up.

When we came to take a look at the home after the service, all I can say is wow. I have never seen a our house ever this cleaned. They all the kitchen appliances, wiped down all the cabinets, vacuumed every corner of the house, and cleaned all the bathrooms. This was a very deep clean and was worth every penny. The house was 2100 sqft, 3 bed and 3 bath and I was quoted for $359, then they offer coupons all over their website which I came across a 25$ off and brought the price down to $334.

This was wayy better than some other companies that charged by the hour, which would of ended up being about $6-900 Overall, the services were amazing, they did an amazing job with the house and I would recommend this company to anyone who is looking to get their house cleaned for a decent price!

Great user friendly service. I was pleased with the thoroughness of the cleaning and it was so easy to schedule on line.

So I did research and asked for many quotes. Based on the extra services I desired NW maids offered best value. I’ve had the chance to work with a few of their teams now as I have been a bit housebound. I would say of the 5 times - 3 teams were excellent / 2 were good. None were bad or disappointing. The best advice I have is to communicate honestly about your needs and expectations so all is clear. I have had some last minute MD appointment changes and have been able to work with management team to reschedule as needed. Give them a chance - might be great solution

We had a first time cleaning for our bungalow in Wallingford. The crew was on time and were very professional in their approach. They did a fantastic job and greatly exceeded my expectations. We have not had good luck with cleaning services in the past and I am happy to say that NW Maids has changed all that for us. Strongly recommend them.

NW Maids is the third cleaning service we have tried since moving to Seattle. Happy to say that I think we've found a winner! The cleaning is impressive, the speed is great, and I love that they send lots of follow-ups and reminders so you're never surprised by your appointment. It helps a lot if you have a busy schedule.

5 stars! The Serrato Team with NW Maids did a spectacular job at our small cat pad in Beacon Hill! They were very attentive to my requests when I greeted them at the start of the appointment. It was a real treat to return to a clean home and Sulley was happy to have a clean area around her litter box for the first time in a long, long, while. I look forward to having them stop by again in the future!

We used NW Maids for our move out clean after living in an apartment for about 5 years. Let's just say it was long overdue for a deep cleaning. I didn't catch our cleaners name, but boy was she awesome! She arrived early, had everything she needed and got to work. She had everything in our 2 bedroom apartment spotless in about three hours. Seriously she was a miracle worker!!! It was super easy to book online, which I really appreciated.

I've tried several cleaning companies and have had the same issue with each: either lack of thoroughness or missing spots. We have a 760sq ft condo with 90% laminate flooring so it's pretty crazy that cleaning teams have a hard time here. I had the same issue with NW maids at first.They recommended that I add 'deep cleaning' for the first appointment, so I said sure, that makes sense.

After the cleaning crew left, I was not happy. So I took pictures of the dirt and dust left behind, the unmopped floors and the dirty counters. Emily said they will make it right and rescheduled my cleaning. The second team was wonderful, and is now my monthly cleaning team. If you have problems, call NW maids and they WILL make it right.

I use NW maids regularly for housekeeping and they always do a fantastic job! Their website is great and I can handle everything online, service is friendly and high quality, and the price is reasonable.

Made my whole month!! The fantastic cleaner spent 45 minutes on the bathroom - we have a glass door shower and it's impossible for me to clean good. Not for her! It looks new again. Being a work from home, stay at home mom to a toddler it's been difficult to get the house as clean as I like - I'm usually working when not with my son. She did a superb job. I feel like a huge weight has been lifted off my shoulders. If you're on he fence about hiring this cleaning service, take my advice and do it!

The service was great and they did exactly what they described. I moved out of my home and needed to have it cleaned before the new owners took possession. I was able to leave a key code with the service and they showed up during their scheduled time frame, cleaned the whole house, and notified me when they were finished. The new owners took possession several hours later and informed my real estate agent that they were impressed with the cleanliness of the house! Couldn't be happier with this service!

They showed up on time, worked hard, and did a very good job. They did forget a few key places which I had to end up cleaning since it was a move our clean, but otherwise, I'm satisfied.

I was so happy with NW Maids for a move-out clean! I had a scheduled appointment but heard from their office the day before that due to a medical emergency, the person would not be able to come. I was sorry to hear of her trouble. I did express that it was to late for me to schedule with another service and my lease was ending. The gentleman who called worked a miracle and got another team member lined up to come the day after, on a Sunday! I could not have been more pleased with her punctuality, friendliness, and careful work to clean the entire house. I would definitely recommend NW Maids!

Lisa and Danielle did such a fantastic job. With our work schedules, we had neglected doing a deep clean for an embarrassingly long time. They made our home shiny and new again!!
