The entire roof was cleaned and we decided to let the rain clean the residual bleach from the roof. Good plan but I have a flat aluminum patio and that should have been flushed so the bleach wouldn't sit on the aluminum. My generator box is also aluminum and should have been cleaned. My shingles look great and I think the rain will flush the bleach off.
I've set my lawn sprinkler to run every day to completely flush the bleach out. If I do this again, I'll insist on proper flushing of the aluminum exposed to the bleach. I'll have to pressure wash my down spouts with a pressure washer and bleach to clean up the bleach streaks now showing.

This is our third time having Krystal Klean pressure wash our home. Our home is very tall and most DIY's or smaller companies cannot reach high enough without scaffolding or special equipment but these guys did an excellent job! Ben was up on the roof, blowing debris in no time and he and his crew did a great job! They are professional, courteous and efficient and since this is our third time having them to our home I would give them a five star rating!

This company has been taking care of my property for the past 12 years. They clean my house, my gutters, my screened pool enclosure, patio deck, summer kitchen and driveway. Up until recently the company was called Reflections and has been recently acquired by Krystal Klean. However, the personnel has remained the same. They are a great bunch of folks that do excellent work at a reasonable cost. What I like most is their flexibility. Whatever you want cleaned, they will accommodate you and do a fantastic job. You'll never go wrong by hiring Krystal Klean.

Awesome cleaning of all windows as has been the result each time the Krystal Klean team cleans my home windows. Text messages are sent before they arrive to remind homeowner they are coming. Are easy to schedule appointments for any outside home cleaning need. Will reschedule if your appointed day has rain which makes sure your windows are clean and sparkling when they finish. Have used Krystal Klean for many years. A 5star company! Highly recommended.

Same Day Same House! Six years ago, the leadership team of a family owned pressure washing business came to a local nonprofit DanielKids at 4 a.m. They pressure washed the entire kids housing campus free of charge for the 9/11 day of service. They were kind, professional, and had a heart for service. I have recommended this company to friends since that day.
Today I got to use Krystal Klean on my own home. I experienced the exact same kindness and professionals from the quote to the job. I felt very secure in allowing them to treat my roof, not an area of the house I am willing to take a chance on.

Krystal Klean pressured washed my house, drive, and patio, with a soft scrub on the roof, and my first impression as I drove up to my house was, "wow". I forgot how good the place looked until they got done with it. Art was awesome, he made you feel important, it was a pleasure doing business with him! Next time I need work done, I will request Art, and I highly recommend him and his team anytime.

If I had the time or energy to follow around and triple check the work, I would have cleaned them myself. Had to point out several areas missed. Was told the screens were getting done as a "favor" and normally is extra. Was confirmed of services provided prior to visit. The workers just seemed unenthusiastic to say the least. Hate calling people on bad performance, but come on! Just do a good job. Would I use them again.that would be a no. They even failed to replace one of the screens! Gah!

I had KK wash my outside windows and screens. They left all the bugs and dirt around the glass saying that was extra to clean that. I never even thought to ask if they would clean the frame of the window. I thought that was part of the window. For an extra fee, they offered to clean it but I was already too disappointed with the job. I would have appreciated knowing up front that they only clean 'glass' for $5 per window side. Now I have to go back over where they have been to make the window look like it has been cleaned. I called the office and the person on the line said, "Sorry about that."

Krystal Klean pressured washed and painted Ring Power Corporation's 54,000 square foot shop area at our Ocala heavy equipment repair facility. This job required extra coordination and planning because the area was still needed during our regular hours of operation. The painting and pressure washing included the ceiling, which is exposed to corrugated metal.

The most professional, detail oriented, and polite company I have ever worked with! I hired them to clean my dad's roof (he is 70, and was still cleaning it himself!). While he originally didn't see the need to hire a company to clean his roof, when he could technically do it himself, he was so impressed with Krystal Klean, that he always uses them now.

These guys are the real deal! I own a local business (CrossFit Black Hive) in Jacksonville Beach and I have Krystal Klean clean our rubber floor mats quarterly. Every time they do it the floor looks brand new again, my clients love it! I would recommended them to anyone as no matter which crew comes out, they all do the same quality work every time, extremely professional and courteous!
Not sure what the guy is talking about with the timeliness of Mr. Morgan but they have been on time and on point with EVERY appointment they have made with me and again I deal with these guys every 3 months. Definitely hire these guys!
